Plastic Heat Pads

ULTRAFLEX plastic heat pads for both farrowing and piglet pens give problem-free, built-in heating where required.

Plastic heat pads ensure correct heat distribution, good economy and easy cleaning.

The heat pads modules fit the Ultraflex slat and can be combined at will.

The Ultraflex plastic heat pads consists of a container filled with liquid that is heated by hot water circulated through an aluminium profile built into the pad and which distributes the heat.

Heat is thus transmitted efficiently and economically, ensuring a uniform, comfortable temperature on the pad surface, while minimising energy consumption.

Non-slip surfaces  minimise piglet injury.

Supply water temperature must be app. 43° C.

Minimum energy consumption from 55 to 110 watt per pad.
